After installing the electronic queue, it became much better! No one climbs forward, does not breathe in the back, does not step on their feet. The operators are adequate, they do their job, the main thing is to convey correctly what you need, mistakes are not excluded - the human factor. There are peak days when there are a lot of people, but mostly everything is fast, 2-3 windows are working.
A very good post office! Polite and responsible employees. Especially those responsible in the delivery service. I have a broken mailbox (they repaired it, they break it anyway), notifications for parcels do not always reach - they are simply pulled out along with the advertisement. If I don't go to pick up the mail for a couple of days, they call and tell me that the parcels have arrived. Letters of the 1st class are also not thrown into the mailbox, so as not to be dragged away, they are asked to come and pick them up.

A normal post office. Not much killed, there is an electronic queue. It would be great if people didn't drag payments here, but learned how to use the chip themselves. 😅

There is almost always a queue for 15-30 (!) minutes. I've come across this several times, at different times (morning, afternoon, evening). Fortunately, you can take a receipt with the queue number and go to the nearest store so as not to waste time. Everything else is fine, the staff is friendly.
