I visit regularly, unfortunately. There is an electronic queue, but it does not save you from queues. There are many pensioners and few staff. The staff is meticulous, demanding what documents are necessary and what are not necessary, reveling in their power and referring to the printouts on the wall. The head of the OPS does not distinguish between the words "forwarding" and "sending", demanding money for the issuance of a postal item already paid by the sender, they demanded to write some kind of statement, not understanding its essence themselves, they demanded the original order issued a year and a half ago, they did not ask for a passport... How to work by bank transfer - they do not know how to purchase envelopes from them by bank transfer - they do not know. In general, the USSR collapsed everywhere, and in ops 82 it is at the very dawn. I wholeheartedly sympathize with pensioners - customer orientation is zero.
The issue of queues would have been solved by more competent staff
A very convenient service has been added by pre-registration, now you do not have to wait for an hour until all grandmothers are given pensions and paid for utilities. The Belpost application is quite convenient.
This is a frequently visited branch 82 in Minsk. There is an electronic queue here, usually 2 cash desks work.A large assortment of stationery, household goods, newspapers, magazines, envelopes, postcards.Employees serve quickly, but there are a lot of elderly people in the area and while receiving pensions, many pay in cash for services and a queue accumulates. On such days, there is a queue for the opening. The delivery of postal items is timely, there are no complaints
There are no queues until the rent is paid. The courteous staff will always prompt you with the necessary information. There is a separate queue for receiving and sending parcels.
The workload of the department is high, there is a feeling of a shortage of staff. There are no complaints about employees - clearly, professionally, and kindly. The average time spent there is 15-45 minutes. (the number of clients in the hall is 10-20 people.)
full,,guard,, queues constantly!!!!!!! This is not the first time I have written a complaint! the head of the department is categorically against helping his own employees!!!!!! there is no way to,,get hooked,, and speed up the process,,, disperse,, queue---- she's BUSY, you see!
Everything is fine, come pick up / send parcels for the opening - and there will be no problems. For those who value their time, there is a business mail with a courier at home.
It is a pity, of course, that the employees of the post office are forced to provide banking services, which, in fact, have nothing to do with the post office, but they are not to blame for this and do their job as best they can, taking into account the conditions and the PO.
I read a lot of reviews and went to look at old and nasty aunts ... and what do you think , I didn 't find them there , very nice girls work , they even offered to tie up the parcel !!!
I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of this post office! I live very close by, so I often go there for parcels and to send letters. They will always tell you and help you. Promptly, correctly and, most importantly, friendly. We are all human, and no one is a robot. Therefore, maybe someone is faced with unpleasant nuances. But let's remain humane and understanding, and then everything will be perceived quite differently. Thanks again to the employees!
The employees work clearly, there are no questions for them. But no matter how I go, there are huge queues, for example, a lot of pensioners pay bills in this way. Even after ordering from Aliexpress, I refused, it's so difficult to spend 1 hour waiting in line.
Very nice staff, queues, as at all post offices, our pensioners do not want to keep up with the times, sometimes they have to wait more than an hour to send a parcel (
The most disgusting post office in the whole country! Of the 4 windows, 1-2 are almost always working. The queues are kilometers long. To pick up a parcel, you need to stand in line with those who pay, withdraw pensions, write out insurance, make photocopies. The delivery service, which allegedly issues parcels (without a track), is almost always closed, and this is taking into account the fact that its work schedule is up to 13 hours and so on. The management responds to complaints that there is no one to work, and they do not give a substitute. In general, if it were possible, I would put minus 100!
It would have been necessary to close it long ago and take away all the keys to the entrances that they give to a paid partner so that they walk around the entrances and throw all sorts of crap.Unfamiliar people with keys to our entrances are tin, but it's worse when they have people sitting there who can't even use a printer for 40 minutes to print 10 pages.
A place of meeting and communication for pensioners. Eternal queues. Respect and sympathy for employees. Young people and people of mature age can come here, only for parcels and forced payments, which you can't do-online. The terminal is old, more often it is broken than it is working. The state saves money on this mail. But nearby, smartly built, for our taxes - a huge building of the Department of Internal Affairs and DAI, instead of the old one -a demolished kindergarten.
The attitude of the employees is simply terrible, long queues, only 2 cash desks are constantly working, the workers themselves are queuing at the cash desk
Boorish service!!!!This does not apply to the guy who works there, only he thinks, unlike others. To take a regular payment, they call somewhere and ask, they do not know how to take payment to an electronic wallet!!!! The last time they even asked the name of the owner of this wallet!!!!! This is terrible!!!!! They couldn't take the payment, they called this guy to pay through the terminal!!!!! It is necessary to teach such workers !!!!And it's time to raise the boorish treatment, not at the bazaar!!!!
I ask you to take action.
There are very long queues. With the help of an electronic queue, the issue of eternal swearing about "you weren't standing here" was solved a little. And that's it. As for the friendliness of the staff, I can say one thing - sullen, eternally dissatisfied people who rarely answer a question of interest.
Mail is like mail. I only receive parcels. I do not go while paying for my services. On other days, queues are very rare. Another thing I like is that we receive parcels in the window where payments are not accepted. Even if there is a queue for payment, this window moves faster. Thanks for the queue. I like the staff.
