After all, the sender does not always give the track. This means that a significant part of the parcels will be sent back to the sender and you will never receive them again. Previously, by name and address, the post office employee saw everything that came to you. Not now. This needs to be fixed!

Belpochta dropped below the baseboard, and previously there were enough jambs, which I wrote about in the reviews, but today they finished it off.
A notification came yesterday with a request to come to the department for a shipment that allegedly did not fit into the mailbox, appeared, poked around for a long time, then they reported that the parcel had been delivered since March!!! it lay there and was sent back in May, there were no notifications before that, I was waiting for the goods ordered in China in January, the seller extended the protection period, I periodically visited the post office and wondered if anything had come to my name. And they sent me a notification when the package, which was lost due to their fault, went back to the sender.
This is a real DECEPTION.
