I am writing a review in connection with the receipt of a shipment that was sent marked "fragile", but came beaten.
The post office gave two options - either you receive and pay for fragility, or you do not receive at all. I decided to receive, because my goods in the parcel were paid for in advance by me.
The post office explained that the package was not packed properly. And the mail machines are not equipped to transport glass.
Why does the post office take on such responsibility for the delivery of fragile parcels if it cannot do this? I think this is a problem with mail that does not know how to work!

By the way, they sent me a frame with glass. So the glass was not cracked, not broken in one or two places. It was broken into hundreds-thousands(!) of small and large fragments!!!

I faced a problem when receiving an international postal item: I could not change the delivery address in the message received on Viber, and it was EXTREMELY necessary to receive the parcel on the day of its arrival in Belarus. Elena competently, without unnecessary words, redirected her to OPS 60, where, again, they served her quickly and professionally. Thank you very much! I want to leave a very negative review about the work of Belpost couriers in Minsk. I had to use delivery twice and both times it was not delivered on time. The first time we waited two days for the documents, and the second time no one contacted us (the phones for communication were on the parcel, they did not consider it necessary). We are waiting for the parcel back, which will stay with them for 10 days).

For me, the Central Post Office of Minsk is a sacred place. The return address: Minsk Main Post Office stands on dozens of letters that I received in 1976 from my future Wife Yadi. In July 2024, Yadya, my grandson Ignat and I visited Minsk, lived in the Minsk hotel opposite the post office. And the windows of the room had a beautiful view of the post office.

I work from 9 to 19. I can't pick up parcels for 2 weeks. And so in the morning there was an hour for work at 10. Repeated notifications are sent every 2 weeks. I come to the post office. And there is a TEMPORARY MODE of operation, which is not written anywhere except for the doors. If you're sending a notification. Then specify this nuance with the temporary regime. I couldn't pick up the parcels. I lost an hour.

I called the short number 154 to clarify how to pick up the cash on delivery, I waited for a response for MORE THAN 20 MINUTES, after the call the operator charged almost 4 rubles per call, razvodilovo, be careful. In general, parcel tariffs are wildly expensive, huge queues, boorish service and very long parcel delivery. It is better to send by European post or SDEC, but not by belpost

I like to send letters from the Main Post Office, especially in Class 1 envelopes, there is a separate mailbox for them, they arrive quickly. There is also a separate island with postcards, envelopes, etc., a large selection of postcards with Belarusian local lore, you can choose and send greetings to friends outside the republic. In general, the Main Post Office is my favorite post office since my student days.
