This is a very good post office. attentive and courteous staff. and if you had to wait in line, there is a professional cosmetics and hair equipment store on the ground floor, as well as a hairdresser.

Today I was paying for utilities at the parcel receipt window, number 148. I went to the window at about three o'clock on Saturday afternoon 22. 03.3025.
The queue was huge. I waited about forty minutes.
I did not choose this service intentionally.
I wanted to pay for utilities.
And I didn't pay any attention to what was written on the ticket.
And so, I go to the window, and the sur painting happens. The cashier accused me of choosing this service on purpose. In plain text, that this is not my ticket and I passed on someone else's ticket and I'm lying and the ticket is not mine.
I've been paying for utilities at this post office for so many years, and in the first place I made a mistake when choosing a coupon.
I was so confused that I started making excuses that it was my ticket and I was mistaken. I came home and burst into tears.
I did not expect such treatment and was confused.
I'm not used to being rude, but on Monday morning I'll ask for a suggestion book.
No one should have to go through such humiliation!
I hope that the management will take action against the employee.

Excellent modern post office. A large room . Modern service.This building houses a hairdresser, a furniture store, and another store for cosmetics and household items.
