The worst service in our modern world. for that. to get to a specialist for a service, even to send a parcel, even to receive a letter or buy an envelope, you need to wait in line for 50 minutes to an hour, and this is not a one-time job, but you have to use this department periodically. Today, two specialists out of five windows are working. There were about 40 customers in the hall. Where is the organization of work. where is the service, where is the attitude towards customers? Where is the Belpost management who knows all this?
This is a very good post office. attentive and courteous staff. and if you had to wait in line, there is a professional cosmetics and hair equipment store on the ground floor, as well as a hairdresser.
Today I was paying for utilities at the parcel receipt window, number 148. I went to the window at about three o'clock on Saturday afternoon 22. 03.3025.
The queue was huge. I waited about forty minutes.
I did not choose this service intentionally.
I wanted to pay for utilities.
And I didn't pay any attention to what was written on the ticket.
And so, I go to the window, and the sur painting happens. The cashier accused me of choosing this service on purpose. In plain text, that this is not my ticket and I passed on someone else's ticket and I'm lying and the ticket is not mine.
