Notifications are sent every other time. The name is distorted in the notification. I tracked the parcel on different sites, but even when the status on the belpost website was "unsuccessful delivery attempt, they answered my call that they did not have the parcel and only the next day, when I came to the branch, they found the parcel ... the "Untraceable" parcel on the supplier's website from 09.11.2021 is listed as delivered to the facility, and on there is nothing about her on the Belpost website, just like in this ill-fated branch!!! And the mailbox is empty...so that they can sell products in the store!!!!! (They are in the window, the money is paid, but you can only pick it up at the checkout and then not the first time - come every day and (or) wait for an sms ...)

It's not the worst Belpochta branch, but it was possible even with the available resources to optimize what is there. Staff turnover is noticeable. Newcomers are treated like hard labor, which affects the quality of service.
