Ekaterina Dmitrievna Vida, missed our coupon number, claiming that it was on the scoreboard. The last digit was 322 (our number 324), after which number 326 was invited, we went to find out why our number was missed, to which Ekaterina replied that we had already been invited. Work with your staff, including their attentiveness. After we set up the service, we were served. There is a human factor, but it was unpleasant that we were told that we had already been there and we had to wait for another customer with a room later until we were invited.
They sent me the documents, as a result, I came at 21.52 everything was closed. Incorrect work schedule. They didn't warn me. They were framed in the end.
