I bought envelopes in Belarus, the envelopes were with the blue letter A in the upper right corner of the envelope.
But the cashier said that for these envelopes it is necessary to additionally buy stamps for Belarus and paste the stamp next to the letter A.
Everything would be fine, but a couple of days later another cashier came to buy envelopes and already another cashier, when selling the same envelopes, said that they did not need an additional stamp for them, this letter A is the stamp!
I wonder how it happens? The employees of the post office are on their own mind! Who does what they want to do?
We are pleased with the electronic queue and the seating for waiting. The staff is polite, does not allow themselves to be annoyed, even when the situation is provocative. All services provided by the Belpost organization can be obtained here.
Excellent mail, I go during the day, there are few people, the queue is electronic, the girls - the staff are very polite, correct. In summer, the air conditioner works, there is a place to sit down. Thanks!
Normal mail and service is normal, Only queues are almost always. Elderly people live around, utilities are paid at the post office and money is put on the phone also at the post office, and they receive a pension at the post office, not on cards.
There are no questions by mail. Everything is fine. But it is better not to come on the days of pensions and benefits, because there are long queues, and additional cashiers are not allocated. As a result, I sat in line for 2 hours and did not wait for my turn.
There is a lot of space for both standing and sitting. The staff are polite, even though they were pulled for my half-hour service repeatedly and for stupid questions. Despite the masks, you can hear them well) people are polite and willing to share information. Even the maintenance went sooo fast, which you usually don't expect from the mail. Thanks in one word))
Everything is long, as it is on all other mail. But there is one plus: the electronic queue really separates those who send parcels and those who pay for the fat. It's very sound and it works.
I go to the post office, and I get into the "60+" interest club! An electronic queue does not always save you. The staff is well done, at the level, you are at the front, hold on :)
