I have been living in Masyukov region since 1975 and constantly use the services of the 124 post office.
It is very pleasant that the interior is being updated, the range of related products is quite attractive, the prices are low-cost and, most importantly, very nice, polite staff. They provide prompt service.

The post office is located in an apartment building. A modern renovation has been recently done. The girl in the window is working fast, but the queue is still moving slowly. Perhaps the reason is that pensioners go there out of habit. The porch is equipped with a ramp. there is no private parking (but it is not needed). There are household trifles on sale from a domestic microwave oven to Chinese crackers.
The Service Is Slow. One of the 3 windows usually works!? Why?

Young guys are working - this is a plus. But sooooo slow is a minus. You can stand in a queue of 3 people for 40 minutes. And the rest is just like in regular mail.
It's a pity that the post office in the city pays communal services. You need to take 1p. for payment. The staff has a separate respect .Just pick up the package - it's not here.
There are endless queues , and always only one operator is working... There is no desire to go to this post office, it is better to go outside the town, they will serve you faster
Excellent post office within walking distance from home, polite girls, professionalism is always on top. Of course, I would like two windows to work sometimes, especially on the days when grandparents pay for utilities. But where can you find so many postal workers on their very small salary? Unlike other post offices, the most unloaded. There is no queue, which makes it easier to send/accept parcels. Good location, near shawarma, euroopt, car shop, vtorchermet and more.
