I use this post office all the time. They underwent reconstruction and a whole department with various goods appeared (from baking sheets to baby food and detergents with blankets), and the prices are not sky-high. But still, this is the post office and here the overlay turned out. The window that issues registered letters does not accept letters for sending, and if you happen to get into a "new" window with sending letters, then it will not give you registered letters! So it turns out that when you come to the post office to pick up something (letters), you have to take 2 coupons (electronic queue)- send one, pick up the other! There is little convenience in this, but you have time to walk around the post store.
Mail is like all our mail. Sometimes you come out happy, sometimes it gets old so you're ready to tear them all up there. In this belpost, we are pleased only with a relatively good team, but there is also enough space inside for a comfortable waiting queue. There is a children's table for drawing with coloring books, a separate plus for them for this.
The electronic queue works as clumsily as possible.... If you are with a parcel, you will miss everyone who came for small payments, etc. The
staff is also not efficient and will not help you with any existing issues. A shoulder press (in the form of I don't know) is provided for you. And as a result: wasted time and nerves...
Not a bad department, the staff are competent, they enter the situation, the waiting time in the queue is minimal, for me the downside is that it is not the closest to me, but you have to receive parcels here, this is certainly not the fault of the employees
Post office 73, I visit here every month or even more often. I pay utility bills,gas ,electricity, telephone, receive parcels, various purchases from online stores. It is always cool in our department, it is especially pleasant to come in in summer, there are clean benches and chairs where you can sit down.
This place is a million years old. And it also works) I use it before sending letters, parcels, and even recently sent a telegram)) I thought that there was no such service anymore))
I don't know about anyone, but I started to like this post office. They are very cultured workers, they work fast enough. It all depends on the number of visitors, but still, compared to what it was before, it's very good.

Frequent problems with the delivery of newspapers that my parents subscribe to. As they explained to me, there are not enough employees, they attract students. But, this is their problem, and newspapers need to be delivered on time!
The staff of the post office are friendly and in general everything is great, but I would like to somehow think about more prompt customer service, perhaps add a few employees, and so in general everything is fine.

As always, you expect long queues, and you don't get upset about it. It's good that there is a device on which you can pay without commission and queues. The room itself is spacious, comfortable ottomans, and the staff is friendly.

Nonsense about receiving emails. You get some in the window, others in the delivery department. Go figure out which one to get where.
It's horrible. You can't tell without tears. We searched for a letter for five days (and this is not an isolated case). By the way, the letter was registered, the corporate mail sector. One letter was in the mail for a month before the notification was sent (the letter was registered). In addition, they confuse the addresses in receipts (which need to be attached to documents, tear off return notifications from refunds and mark them "received by an authorized person", which is why you can't prove to anyone later that the letter has been returned. By the way, employees are doing everything so that all the rising prices for postal services do not justify themselves, and it becomes impossible to work. It is depressing that things are no better in other departments.
