The worst department (I also visit others) in this constant queues, I think only a change of head will help improve the situation. Less parcels go to another room and disappear ... Although parcels at the Korrlinskaya post office are systematically blocked behind the operator's back) and here it's a terrible mess. People sit for two hours. The minimum waiting time here is 60 minutes, if you are lucky
