Normal maintenance, but the queue is huge, even if there is an electronic queue, and there is also no ventilation of the room, if there is an air conditioner
Nimble staff (there is something to compare it with), but from the 15th to the 25th - there is hell (as everywhere) Crowds of inadequate grandmothers create fierce "traffic jams" and fill all the windows with their fat and meter readings) There is a separate window for purely postal services, which makes life a little easier for normal people and makes grandmothers rely on sewage *trollface* You feel like a drug addict who came to the clinic not in the summer season))
When the electronic queue appeared here, you can rate it with all five stars. It's a shame that the delivery department, where trackless parcels are issued, only works until 13:00. This is problematic when the queue is too long for one small parcel) But it's not critical, because with an electronic queue, at least you can sit down.
The room doesn't seem to be small, but when you go in and there are a lot of people there, you don't feel comfortable. There are no air conditioners. I don't understand how they work there.

There is an electronic queue at the post office, it probably helps in some way. there is almost always a big crowd, mostly elderly people, but there are also middle-aged people who pay their bills at the cash desks, although in the yard of 2018, even a few people use the infokiosc there. The employees are happy, they work constantly in shifts, it is clear that they are trying, I often noticed how they are stressed by those who missed their electronic queue.
The queues are too long, you constantly have to wait for 40-50 minutes.
UPD: After installing the electronic terminal, it became much better, but you still have to wait during rush hours.
The terminal is working. Large user-friendly screen. The money is sitting at the cash register, and you pay without waiting in line. Everything is normal
