We made repairs, updated the furniture, an electronic queue appeared, the employees are friendly, polite, but periodically strict :) There are usually no queues, except when there are sales on aliexpress, ozon, etc. and everyone is starting to receive parcels en masse.
The post office is always a sad place to visit if you don't pick up a parcel with something interesting, but here they helped me out a lot when they helped me pay for the light, I didn't know how to do it, five stars

I really like this department. The staff is young, they work fast. I was sending a package, I needed fast delivery. The employees remembered about some special conditions of delivery to this particular area, clarified according to the documents, and issued. As a result, the package arrived very quickly. I don't think many people would bother so much with my package. Yes, there are queues when there are a lot of people. But this is not the fault of the employees.
I really like this branch of Belpost. The professional qualities of the employees were very pleased. There are practically no queues for my visits, even if there are a lot of people, then fast service saves you from a long wait. There is an electronic queue.

Is this really how all European post offices work in 2019? When you take a ticket, there are from 30 to 40 people in front of you, half of whom are waiting on the street - there are not enough places for everyone.
The queues are kilometers long. You can stand for an hour on Fridays and weekends. But the staff tries to work quickly, although only 2 of the 3 windows are working. If there were no queues, it would be better.
