I've been going to this post office all my life, respect to the girls, despite the queues, I'm always in a great mood and they give it to us. They serve very elderly people very quickly and competently, and most importantly patiently and respectfully, sometimes they also quietly listen to the young and nervous. In general, they serve you quickly and efficiently! Thanks to them!
There are huge queues and only one window is open. The employees are not qualified and do not know anything. If you go to sit in line all your life, then this is the place for you.
You can visit the post office only if absolutely necessary, otherwise it is very easy to spend forty minutes to buy an envelope or make a copy of documents. And this situation is everywhere.
The post office is terrible, only one window is constantly open. It is simply not possible to specify from what time to what time pensions will be delivered to the house. The head of the department cannot specifically answer the question. The girls work in good faith, and the head cannot correctly adjust the work of the post office.
I accidentally specified the wrong idex, it came to this mail instead of mine, they quickly sorted out the problem, gave my parcel back, although they should have sent it to my mail and would have had to wait a long time. I am very grateful!
Nice staff.
It's good that there is an electronic queue.
It's bad that sometimes you have to wait a long time for your own because of the influx of people. He deserves 4 points.
Everything is not bad with the service and service. The electronic queue . A huge minus, as I think everywhere at the post office - the queues are huge during the payment of utility bills.
So. In the reviews, people complain about huge queues. But it only depends on the peak hour. My record of waiting during rush hour is ~1 hour. The minimum time is 0 minutes. And yes. People. Why do you come here to pay for the phone / communal services, etc.? I understand that these are mostly elderly people. So they obviously have grandchildren/children. Explain to them how to do it faster and more conveniently. Advice for commoners. Don't come here during rush hour. As it is, the compartment is clean and quite spacious. There are plenty of places to sit. The staff is good.
The letter was sent to this post office by the 1st class, as a result, I waited a week, but there were no letters or at least no notifications. As a result, I had to go to the department, they didn't find it there, the postman came in the evening and told a beautiful fairy tale that someone had thrown out the letter and it had been lying under my porch all this time and no one noticed it.
But I will put 1 star worthily for the fact that even though it lay under the porch for a week, but the envelope remained as clean and tidy, despite the rains and street dirt.
If it is possible to avoid visiting this department, I strongly advise you to do so. Even the most steely nerves can't stand the long queues that are generally always here. Today I came for a package after work and waited an hour. There were 32 people in front. It was also lucky that which rooms were already "empty". Once I got on the queue of almost 50 people. It's very "cool" to waste your time, which is too valuable a resource. There are no complaints about the employees, because they did not come up with this system, which, to put it mildly, is terrible. The window where you can receive a parcel almost never works separately and you still have to wait in the general queue. I am glad that at least the room is large and there is a place to sit down. It is sad that the situation with huge queues has not changed in three years. If 2-3 employees can't cope, maybe you need to increase the staff or change the very organization of the post office?
5 stars. Good staff. I sent a package from here to another country. They politely explained and showed me how to fill out the forms. The girl at the checkout also filled out one of the forms for me. (Although I should have). Thank you so much. This particular department is excellent
Today I picked up the parcel at around 14 o'clock. There were about 20 people in front of me. I thought about leaving and not waiting, because earlier it would have cost the number of people per hour, that's for sure. I decided to try it. As a result, three cash desks were working - the waiting time was 10 minutes. Either the work of the staff was adjusted, or there were no problematic issues. Unexpectedly pleasant.
Mail. A large room, there are many places to sit. That's where the advantages end. There are always huge queues, at any time. There are a lot of people. People are nervous, because they have to wait for an hour or two. I try to use the services of this department in a minimal way.
Well, that's a strong two. I have to visit because of the parcels, there is no way without mail yet. My record for the minimum time in line is 23 minutes. This is an exception to the rule of "at least 50 (five to ten:) minutes and you're free." The staff is as polite as possible, the question is about their number. There are always a lot of visitors. People! Do not go to the post office to pay for communal services!
The service is good and the staff is attentive , Although I had to wait in line for 30 minutes , but it is clear that it takes time until the parcel is accepted or given out . Thanks for the service anyway
Everything is very slow, and the staff has nothing to talk about, rude and rude. The most terrible post office in Minsk. Get ready to spend a lot of time and nerves there.
Long queues, it is advisable to make one window for receiving parcels. As they do in other post offices. This is a great wish for the head of this department
The mail is regular, Belarusian. To receive a parcel, you need to skip the queue of rent payers, pensioners and other users of non-postal services.
Moreover, parcels can begin to be issued in a separate window not by electronic queue, but starting with the most agile (if there is an electronic queue)
There are always long queues.
Make a separate window for the delivery of parcels, the delivery takes several minutes, and you need to skip all users of NON-POSTAL SERVICES!!!
The queues are huge almost any day. Unfortunately, I had to spend an hour and a half on a weekday in order to send a letter, that is, just to buy stamps.
The staff is excellent, they work even after closing. But the queues are crazy, 60-80 people at any time of the day or evening. Obviously, the post office cannot cope with the number of customers. It would be nice to transfer some of the people to another address. Well, or increase the post office in size and staff.
The post office staff is constantly stealing my parcels from aliexpress. The post office does not have the opportunity to order paid delivery from the same mail . Thefts are committed regularly .
Queues of 50-60 people. If there are not enough workers, then they work like a wet fire, or maybe both. It's a terrible place. Stand in line for an hour and a half as if from a bush.
There are often large crowds and queues.
But I am glad that small packages have started to be thrown into mailboxes and you do not have to visit them often.
There are clearly not enough employees, endless queues, and most importantly, no one cares about these queues, that's the way it should be. A scoop in one word
There is an electronic queue, the post office is open on Sunday and during almost all holidays - this is a plus. But the minus is just in this plus, there is always a queue, there really are very rarely no people.
