I recently visited the post office to send a package, and I had quite pleasant impressions from this visit. This is an ordinary institution, like all post offices, but nevertheless, I noticed a few things that made my visit especially memorable.
When I arrived, there was no queue. Then people started appearing. I noticed that there are a lot of elderly people among the clients. Some of them had difficulty filling out the necessary documents and asked for help. I approached my grandparents to explain exactly what needs to be done and help them read the information. It was nice to see them smiling and thanking me for my help.
Besides, I want to point out that the cashier girls were very polite and professional. Each of them was happy to answer the customers' questions, patiently explaining all the nuances of sending parcels.
Bottom line: it is very pleasant when polite and responsive staff work in ordinary institutions.
I don't really like this department, there are always long queues, very few specialists. We would like to establish separate queues in three directions and with three different specialists: payments and payments, receiving parcels, sending parcels. Then it would be better in my opinion. It takes a very long time to stand and wait until people receive pensions and pay for housing and communal services, so that they can receive their parcel in a minute.
For all the times that I was there, the queue was 1 time, and then when they made part of the windows here from Nesterov. Minus - international packages do not reach here automatically, you need to write a statement to Nesterov. Perhaps something has changed now. At that time, they argued to me that there was nowhere to store it.
Of all the windows, only one was working. The ticket falls right on the floor, into a puddle, and right into a puddle because cleaning rarely takes place. Pensioners are forced to bend down and take out a coupon from a puddle. It's about this department. And as for the whole Belpost, you know yourself which place they work through. I received an SMS about delivery to one address, stood in line, I was told that the parcel was in another place. Is it necessary to say that there is a queue there too? I think not. There was no notification of overstrain. I've never seen at least half of the windows work.
I live nearby, everything is fine, the staff is polite and attentive.they serve you quickly, always clean, neat, nice to come in.a large assortment of magazines and postcards.you can find everything you need.
The electronic queue works as it should. The cashiers and, especially, the deputy head are very pleasant to work with, polite (a rude aunt came, and they answered her so politely that everything would be fine. I was pleasantly surprised!)
in general, everything is fine: an electronic queue, courteous service, staff in beautiful shape (I remember the cool ties), of course, everything you need for mail, an electronic terminal, a BB ATM on the street.
Among the disadvantages: during rush hour queues, a window with a third operator suggests itself; it is difficult to park.
It's been a very long time. The room is so-so. The staff is also mostly not friendly (there are a couple of normal employees, but the rest are typical aunts from public services)
I stood in line for the parcel for 40 minutes. And there were 10 people in the queue! It's not much! Some slow inexperienced workers, and they also have cash collection... Really, I've never been in line at the post office for so long!
I've been sitting for half an hour and I can't pay utility bills. The electronic queue is a priority for those who receive letters , I don 't care about the rest
As a rule, there are small queues, a lot of seats, polite staff. There are a lot of elderly people on the 20th (apparently they pay for an apartment), it's faster to come for parcels on other days. I've been going to this post office for many years, there were no problems
It is convenient that it is nearby, clean and cozy. A lot of related products at reasonable prices. I saw queues only in numbers when the payment was made.services.
Teach employees delivering mail to count and read in the correct order at home on soltys. I am very tired of finding letters for 38/34 houses in the mailboxes of 36 houses
The website states that the working time is until 20.00, but when I arrived, I kissed the closed door, it turned out that the post office is generally a day off! Is it really possible to disregard the schedule so much?!
It is not very convenient, there is an electronic queue, but it is not effective because there are only two windows and one of them works only for accepting and issuing mail. To pay something, for a very long time, the queue is kilometers long.
Queue. There is no one in the delivery department during working hours and there is a sign that a postman is urgently needed!!!! The proof of this is shown in the photo.
It is desirable that one window works only for mail, as in some branches. So that people who still pay for communal services at the post office sit longer and think about why they need mail and finally master modern technologies.
This is the worst mail I've seen, 2 people couldn't serve 2 people in 20 minutes. The worst thing is that I do not recommend this mail to you and there are no employees.
It is not clear why the parcels were redirected from this department to Nesterov 51, then the department frankly cannot cope with the flow. Return the delivery of parcels with tracking to this branch as it was before!
