A specific "scoop" inside, both the room and the staff. They don't know if there's a newspaper with a program, so look for it yourself, and there's a lone bottle of kvass on the counter...

There are always huge queues, and usually at lunchtime. We would really like to review the operating mode. And the negative looks of the staff are very clear, like "why are you here".
