Very rarely does a sufficient number of windows work. And of those that work, it very often happens that, after customer service in the window, you have to wait 3-5 minutes until the employees deign to press the button and invite the next customer. So count how much of our time is spent - add 3-5 minutes to the service of each client

Good fast and polite operators, but there are always long queues of slowpocks and some zombies from the 80s. If you need something fast, it's better to send it to another mail, where there is less queue.
The employees of this post office are terrible boors. They have no idea about the etiquette and manner of communicating with customers. In case of their mistake, they try to shift the blame to the client or to their colleagues, they start working only after you start demanding a complaint book.
