There is a normal branch, 2-3 cash desks are open, and there is an electronic queue. Everything is not always stable in turn, it happens that you have to wait, but usually I can do it in 10 minutes.
Excellent separation. Maybe I'm lucky, but I don't see queues, The girls work quickly, polite, they will always help me make the best choice, cleanly, Calmly.
Polite and attentive staff, for which we are very grateful! And the rest is an ordinary post office) with a large number of elderly people during the period of payment for communal services.
I was very pleased with the kindness and responsiveness of the staff. There was a queue, but not a critical one. Everything was prompted and explained. We were satisfied with the quality of service.
The service is at a decent level. The girls are polite. They help if you have a question. But there are times when grandmothers create a queue during rush hour. But that's another story!)
Everyone is mediocre, they take their time, they don't like people, they hate them, but if you work through terminals, then everything is very cool, the queues are very large, so only the terminal works
It's always clean. The operators have never been rude (at least in my presence), although different people come. The queues are not big, they move quickly, unless of course the people themselves are to blame.
Very competent specialists. They usually work very clearly and quickly. There have never been any problems. Only a lot of people during rush hours (but so everywhere)
Electronic queue, polite staff. I know because it's my neighborhood. And 4, because it is always possible to do better. In particular, queues sometimes strain (but this is not the fault of the department staff).
The queue is electronic, but not fair, someone comes much later, goes first.I would like the queue to be the same for everyone, and not by mail priority. That's bad and I never liked it!
A terrible electronic queue system. Priority is on retirement, mailings with which new people come, and if you have other services, you will not wait for your turn.
The horror! Queues, they serve for a long time and do not pay attention to visitors. They make mistakes in the delivery of mail.

The Belpochta branch is working wonderfully. The operators work like clockwork, I've never heard of rudeness. They try to serve in the best way. There are many benches where you can wait for an electronic queue, this is a convenient service. I won't say anything about the payment terminal, I use Internet banking to pay for housing and communal services and receive a pension on a card.
Surprisingly good department, there is a place to park, there is an electronic queue, there are usually no more than 2 people in the queue, the staff are calm, experienced, balanced.
