The staff is very polite, parcels arrive quickly and without problems,the repair is very beautiful, the waiting time is long at times, but generally tolerable, but 5 stars are deserved)

Today, at the post office on 40B Asanalieva Street, the post office was not working, there was no information that they were not working on 01.01.25, only information about the postponement of the work schedule, where it was written that on holidays they work from 10:00-17:00,lunch from 14:00-15:00. It stood for an hour and 12 minutes without anyone opening (it was from 14:00-15:12). The staff call button rang and no one came out. I'm very unhappy because I've wasted so much time. At least it would be possible to write on the door that 01.01.25 do not work

The post office has friendly staff, a fairly spacious waiting room, high-quality and timely service, and a convenient work schedule. The interior of the room is especially pleasing --- it is beautiful and cozy.
