In general, it is not clear how to work with powers of attorney, then it fits, then it does not, then it is issued, then it does not!!! Then make an established power of attorney sample with examples, and do not refuse to issue parcels

Why is everything always so slow in all Belpochta branches? Why is there only one coupon to receive a parcel and just buy an envelope? Why is everything like sleepy flies? Why is the employee not aware that there are A4, A5, etc. envelopes? Why is no one trying to teach the elderly to pay for communal services through the terminal?
