After the renovation, air conditioning and comfortable sofas appeared. The operators work pretty fast. There are usually a lot of visitors, but there are hours when you can skip the queue
They lose mail (money transfers), they don't bring a pension. So they're also lying. There are a lot of complaints about them. It's just disgusting. You can't think of a worse place
