Excellent department, employees do their job efficiently, the store they provide, I would like more goods and always a working person at the checkout in the store

Like all mail - sooo long ! There is no separate window for receiving registered letters , you have to stand in a common queue where everyone receives Chinese parcels ((( to pick up a letter - sometimes you have to stand for an hour ! Special thanks to the staff , especially Konstantin - he is the only one there pulling all the work !
