You will receive everything you need at the state post office - just like in the Soviet Union. However, calculate your time in advance: queues of half an hour or more have not been canceled. An air conditioner or fan would also be nice indoors. It's hot, like in a sauna, in winter and summer. At the same time, the employees are competent and responsible. This is a plus.
