As a result, in September I needed to make an appointment with a gynecologist, after 3 days of waiting, the agent wrote that unfortunately they could not sign me up anywhere. At that moment, I wondered why it was necessary to offer such insurance. Now I have a toothache, I turned to the insurance company again with a request to make an appointment with a doctor, to which they replied that they had no partners in the city where I now live. The question arises, why sell the most expensive insurance if you can't sign up for any doctor in the end?? Disgusting attitude towards customers.

As an explanation, it was announced that the amount of the company's losses was several times higher than the insurance premium (contribution!!! I didn't make a typo). For a moment, belrosstrakh independently determines the amount of the insurance premium, putting risks on all clients in it, and in my case it undertook to cover expenses in the amount of up to 50 thousand euros, which is many times more than the actual costs incurred. Is it legitimate to refuse further service? Where is common sense?
Great insurance company! I always do all car insurance here: OSGO, CASCO, green card. The managers are customer-oriented, there have never been any problems with payments and repairs under CASCO. They work with the best service stations in Minsk. It is very convenient that you can declare an insured event through the official application, and you can communicate with the loss department and the manager via Viber.
