And this company is offered by an insurance company? No decency, no responsibility for your words and deeds, something like that...
In this place. There was a painting of the car, four elements. When I picked up the car, I focused on the shagreen (orange peel, pronounced) hood, fender, door, everything is OK with the bumper.
The master says that this is how it should be, new cars have it, there is nothing terrible.
I've been driving with these for 6 months now, I don't like it, I see this shagreen, half of the car is shining, half in orange peel ())). He will contact me again and the guys disappointed me . I asked for it to be removed. But again I heard a defensive reaction (this is normal, all such cars, etc. ) it's hard to listen. Maybe you have a painting standard like this with shagreen and streaks. So you're not doing it for free. Why is the client coming, and you want him to leave in every possible way???? Horror
It is not very convenient to get there , especially if you leave it . The reason was found , repaired, but the indicators turned out to be distinctive . According to their indicators , everything is super , but there was a difference of 2 times on the control . I 'm not going there anymore . Since their data does not match with the state .

BUT in return, I got the whole car in small scratches around the perimeter of the roof where the master worked with a stripping machine, took it away after the rain and naturally did not see it right away. Yes, the car is not new , there were scratches, in general , a mediocre attitude to work , apparently there is enough work and new customers are not particularly needed

The quality of the work is good. If they do it on insurance, then there are no questions for them. If you do it at your own expense, check each type of work, they add it.
They promise and don't do it. Just calling them back takes 2 hours and 40 minutes

Good morning! I painted two elements according to the Casco from Belneftestrakh. Efficiently and in a reasonable time. I went to FelOct (I'm not a pro at painting ...) the quality of the work was confirmed. My gratitude for the quality, attentive attitude, reasonable time.
They drove me to make a bumper. paint and change it...and they made the rear arches!there are a lot of disadvantages! 1. it took a very long time to repair and paint
2. After 5 months, the bubbles started...the point of painting? and repairing.
