However, this did not stop them from unwinding the laptop and stealing 8 screws. To my reasonable question, why!!! there was an indistinct answer, like the engineer wanted it that way. They did not want to put it back, because they do not have such screws (now they already have). There are no screws in the official service center!!! But most importantly, the malfunction remained, they did not even deign to repair it. Take care of your property and do not visit this center! Or better yet, fire employees and recruit decent and qualified people.
I ordered a battery for the s20 from the service, arrived in a couple of days, put it on in a couple of hours, now the phone holds like new, I am very glad about this, since it is impossible to find the original battery without the help of the samsung service.

Replaced the accumulator in the a-600. A month later, the new one works worse than the old one. It discharges overnight from 50% to zero, while all applications are disabled. You will not make a claim, because you purchased the accumulator yourself. Obviously, the problem is with the controller, which was not mentioned in the service center, which indicates the low quality of work and incompetence of employees. I do not recommend anyone to contact this center.

Everything was done quickly (I handed over the phone on Monday, picked it up on Wednesday) and efficiently, at the same time, since this is an official samsung service, the main warranty for the phone has been preserved. Also, according to the employees, after the repair, an ip68 compliance check was performed. I also want to note that before contacting this service, I called and asked about the cost and timing of this work in two other services in Brest, where the price turned out to be higher, which is also important)

I took the TV from them today and took it to another service center. Why such officials?
In my case, they could not diagnose correctly and my vision of repair was simply ignored. That's customer focus, that's flexibility in repairs. It's beautiful in words, but in fact nothing.
