Now, to get into the entrance, either call the neighbors, suddenly someone will open the house, or do not close the entrance doors. What are we paying money for????!!!!!

Today I called this company, so they yelled at her there that she allegedly connected some kind of non-standard handset, which disabled the intercoms in the entire entrance, for which she was turned off. The phone was put on her when installing the intercom, so no one did anything with it, there was no repair in the hallway either. They talked extremely boorishly, and demanded extreme respect for themselves. There are about a dozen reviews on them at the Grodno Forum, and in each of them about rudeness, not wanting to do something and the director stuck in the 90s.
