The dispatcher (or whoever is on the phone) promised to send repairmen. As a result, no one did anything - no one picks up the phone on Saturday. Now, to get into the entrance, either call the neighbors, suddenly someone will open the house, or do not close the entrance doors. What are we paying money for????!!!!!
