I would like to recommend this store for services to create a festive mood not only for children. For more than one year I have been ordering balloons for children's holidays and not only, but recently flowers have also been on sale, which you can use to please your loved ones not only on a holiday, but just like that. Balloons always delight me and my loved ones for more than one week, but much longer, which always lifts the mood. The flowers are always fresh and strong. The always polite staff will assemble any composition, the store is in the city center, which is very convenient, you can easily get from any area. I definitely recommend it.
I would also like to add that the holiday has long passed, a huge number of flowers have already withered, and the balls from Belshar continue to please the eyes and make the mood, to the dearest little man, thank Belshar for positive emotions, to us adults.

I called and ordered an hour later everything was ready.
There is a delivery, which is also not a little important.
I ordered a set of "cloud" the only minus. A ball with an oblong and a ball with an inscription were lowered a little bit offensively in a day, because the set is not worth a lot of money. If you want to order in a day or two, I recommend you to think about it.

We ordered balls for a gender party, a box and balls - it's all super.
There is one point: when the delivery arrived, they took the balls straight out of the car without any black package, as for me, the balls should either be in the box immediately or in a black bag, and then put them in the box.
THE RESULT: the guests saw the color of the balls.
Two stars for the fact that my wife and I did not see the color of the balloons until the very gender party, and found out about it at the end of the evening.
