There is absolutely no customer orientation. The office in Brest works from 9 to 16, because the employee comes to work at 8.50 (the schedule is specified from 8.00). I asked if there were tires, they said they would be tomorrow. I called back the next day, the tires are reserved. Why don't they offer a reservation initially? Where is the service? Or does this company work exclusively with legal entities?
Customer orientation is when prices are lower than anywhere else.
205/55r16 tiger was brought to order in 2020.-2021 took 2 pcs. I am happy with the tires, the company too.
