Two copies of the ultrasound with recommendations for consultation with a cardiac surgeon were presented. This was no excuse for the doctor. She asked for some kind of "mystical" package of documents, and when asked what kind of package of documents she could not really explain. As a result, I sent to the city polyclinic for a "mystical" package of documents, the ultrasound was not viewed. At least they didn't take the money. The mood is spoiled, time is lost. The name of the doctor is Yanukovich Tatyana Fedorovna. We have repeatedly applied to this medical center and everything was fine. But this is the first time such a boorish attitude. It's just impossible to get through!! I waited for 16 minutes and the answering machine increases the number of minutes remaining each time. After such a wait, I had to wait another 11 minutes, and I think that was not the limit of how this could be. The call was at 12.44 on 12/25/2024!

I can't get through from the word "at all". It is impossible to make an appointment, you call 10 minutes before the recording time - call back, and after 15 minutes - the recording is over, call back in a week... and so it is the third week ....
