We signed up with a cardiologist for a referral to the RNPC of Cardiology, clarified with the administrator whether the doctor prescribes a referral if required, to which we received a very slippery answer "Maybe yes or maybe no." We went to the Russian Orthodox Church every year. Now, a referral is required to get to a consultation. And so, the doctor in Belsono refused to issue a referral for a cut, referring to the package of documents. Two copies of the ultrasound with recommendations for consultation with a cardiac surgeon were presented. This was no excuse for the doctor. She asked for some kind of "mystical" package of documents, and when asked what kind of package of documents she could not really explain. As a result, I sent to the city polyclinic for a "mystical" package of documents, the ultrasound was not viewed. At least they didn't take the money. The mood is spoiled, time is lost. The name of the doctor is Yanukovich Tatyana Fedorovna. We have repeatedly applied to this medical center and everything was fine. But this is the first time such a boorish attitude. It's just impossible to get through!! I waited for 16 minutes and the answering machine increases the number of minutes remaining each time. After such a wait, I had to wait another 11 minutes, and I think that was not the limit of how this could be. The call was at 12.44 on 12/25/2024!

It is simply unrealistic to sign up for an ultrasound. It's as if they specifically allocate one day for recording and on that day there's just a flurry of calls. The phone is either busy all the time, or no one picks up the phone. No one will call you back, don't even dream about it. From 8 a.m. to 13 p.m., they called nonstop - all unsuccessfully, as a result, they offered to sign up for the next month, but they say you call again on a certain day. Humorists in one word. They say that on the day of recording, people have been queuing under their doors since 7 a.m. Than such a medical center, it is better to have none at all. Recording online through the site is also "crooked-oblique" and does not work normally, when trying to sign up, it gives an error and writes that "recording is limited to the medical center", something like that. In general, the darkness. As a result, we signed up in Minsk, two days later we had an ultrasound, and the nerves are healthier, and there are no problems, and the medical center is much better.

Today, my mother did an ultrasound of the heart and abdominal cavity + kidneys. According to the price it is 30p and 35p. It was recorded at 14.30, the doctor Sergey Sergeevich Burey. Instead of the 2nd ultrasound, an ultrasound of the lymph nodes and pleural cavity was performed without asking, which means another 33p was fucked from her. Why do that, she had to give another 33p. Since the person is elderly, you can do whatever you want. Secondly, in the price list, ultrasound of the pleural cavity is about 7p, about 13p was taken from it. The woman who sat on the ultrasound of the thyroid gland paid 25p, although in the price list the price is about 13p (thyroid gland + lymph nodes). Why take extra money if there are prices for individual ultrasounds in the price list. We didn't need to do the pleural cavity and lymph nodes. Unfortunately, if I hadn't been at work, this wouldn't have happened. People, be careful.

I do not recommend this center. The reception staff is not polite, they announce one cost when recording, and another one as a result. When I was there, the doctor came out and discussed with the girls at the reception to the client, which in turn was very unprofessional. I was scheduled for 16:00. The doctor crossed the threshold of the clinic at 16:15. The girls discuss the calling customers among themselves.

I was accepted only at 19.15., the appointment ended at 19.25.The patient is given about 20 minutes to receive the patient. (THE MOST) WELL, NO... IN 10 MINUTES, I got a kind of consultation. All this time, she studied my tests and ultrasounds. I measured the pressure and made a verdict, you will soon have high blood pressure and you will have to take pressure pills. - Doctor, I would not like to. The answer is, what will I do? She handed me a piece of paper to buy an indap. And goodbye. For this 40.RUBLES 10 KOPECKS. I couldn't really say anything. She left the office. I'm just shouting is that a doctor?
