We are trying to find out a new code, they say - but we don't know it!! We ask how the code was changed, no announcement, no notification. The answer was killed-it's not us at all, it could just be teenage hooligans who got into the system and changed it, and Belsplat has nothing to do with it at all. Does the question arise? Why does this company exist if some teenager can safely log into the system and do something there? The answer is simple - this is an organization for honest withdrawal of money from the population!!! And there will also be a request to the prosecutor's office - does this company have the right to block my access to my own apartment?

Now the next question: For what reason, if the intercom is not working for a week, do you still need to pay for a full month? Where is the recalculation? Compensation for non-fulfillment of your duties?
