I came to pick up the generator, they bring me a box with a bunch of spare parts in it and claim that this is my generator, I asked to bring it in the form in which I brought it, to which I get the answer that it will cost 30 rubles, having quarreled with me for 2 minutes and after I asked to provide the complaint book (was not provided), warned that I would call the police if the book was not provided, they deigned to bring my generator in the form in which I brought it. After that, the receptionist ran in, put it on the table and said: “Your generator, goodbye!”I ran out of the room.
