I contacted the company to install a shower partition. Everything was set on time. However, the lower guides were put in different (different sizes), which is why one of the glasses is very "backlash", which completely spoiled both the impression of the work and the opinion about this organization. After phoning the administrator, I was told that my complaint had been registered and I would be contacted within three days to eliminate substandard work. A week has passed - no one has contacted me, and I guess they won't. Unfortunately, the impression of the organization is spoiled. The order was not very cheap, and I expected high-quality work. Alas. Therefore, my assessment for this organization is negative, although I was satisfied with communication with representatives before installing the partition. I do not recommend it!!!!!!

I wish all organizations would work as efficiently and conscientiously. We came to the office, looked at everything we needed, and found out the approximate cost. The next day, at a convenient time for us, a measurer came, measured everything accurately and additionally consulted. We immediately drew up a fixed-value contract. A shower partition was made within the agreed time frame and installed at a convenient time for us. The craftsmen worked efficiently, in replaceable shoes, clean branded clothes, without dust. It's not a very decent organization! When measuring and concluding a contract, they promised to install it on a day off. The manager completely forgot about it at first. Only after a second call, I contacted the installations and replied that it was impossible on weekends. Only on weekdays and only until 16:00, the Measurer did not have a sample of the selected attachment with him, he said that he had it in the store. Arrived. The seller has no idea at all what such a mount can be. She talked for a long time with the measurers and, according to her, with the director. It turned out that I drove in vain. He asked to terminate the contract and return the prepayment. Again, the situation is the same: no one knows anything or pretends not to know.
