The store's impressions are extremely negative. User registration does not work on the site, but it was possible to leave a request for a laptop without authorization. For the next three hours, no one called me back, I contacted the store myself. They said on the phone that the laptop would arrive at their warehouse in 5-7 days, after which they would call me back and arrange delivery to my city, but after the agreed period, no one contacted me and they did not answer my calls. This is the first time I've seen a company that doesn't want to be bought from it. To save my nerves, I ordered a laptop from another store.

I ordered a laptop with an 80W/h battery, as a result, 60W/h came. I tried to write to support, but every time I was scheduled for "tomorrow", now they ignore me altogether. It's risky to buy laptops here

I took Lenovo LOQ from them. A suitable configuration for me (ryzen 7 7840hs + rtx 4050) was available (some LOQ configurations, judging by the specified information on the website for an order from 4 to 12 days). The choice fell on them, among other things, because I came across their review of such a laptop on youtube. I called in the evening, ordered - in the morning I already picked up the laptop. The seller is polite, showed me everything, told me, opened the box with me, turned it on, checked that the configuration and serial numbers were the same as indicated on the box. Plus, then I checked the warranty myself already on the Lenovo website by serial number - everything is OK. The big plus was the price. On the online catalog for a similar price, you could find the same LOQ, but only on ryzen 5 7640hs. Yesterday I set everything up, updated all the firewood from amd and nvidia, bios - the flight is normal, there are no complaints.
