I took the ticket, and there were about 40 people in front of me. 5 windows were working. Within an hour, the queue had expanded by 12-15 people. That is, I have already served an hour and would have waited 2 more hours. I didn't have that much time, so I had to leave.
If it were possible to give a minus grade, I would have done it. -10 I give to the Beltelecom service center. It's very frustrating that such a big company treats its customers so badly. Initially, I put a lock, then after 3 weeks I lifted it, the Internet did not appear. I decided to call the sc. She described the situation to the girl, to which she received rudeness in response. At that moment, I got angry and decided to finally terminate the contract and refuse the services. I left a request, they called me about it only a week later, and set a date for the visit after another 2. I took out all the wires beforehand, folded all the equipment, in my opinion there are no wires left there. When I came to hand over the equipment, the young man began to say that 4 wires were missing... I had to pay because I wasn't completely sure if I'd taken them or not, maybe I hadn't watched something or hadn't noticed. When I got home, I looked at everything several times and realized that there were no wires left. I was just cheated out of money. I was extremely unhappy with the visit, but nevertheless I am very glad that I finally refused all services.
