But now, in fact, the service is only nominal, without solving the problem, the quality of services both television (hall) and the Internet is generally terrible. On TV: has anyone noticed that they just play the same thing on repeat with different frequencies? Does nothing bother anyone? And they don't even deny it. They have not been able to solve the problem with the console for more than a year: the craftsmen came and measured everything, and the fact of the defect was established, but there was no solution - a banal excuse, they wrote to the manufacturer and are waiting for an answer, they have been waiting for six months.
Over the Internet: wifi works more or less sane only from a phone. You can't watch movies with a quality higher than 480 on a laptop, it's constantly hanging, and lately it's been hanging on 480 and so on with everything else. When calling the support service, there is only one solution: something is constantly overloaded and the wires on the modem connectors are twisted - and that's it. And if their Internet is reduced only to working over the wire, then remove your ideal indicators from the brochures and write the truth that the consumer will never receive such a thing and that the user always needs to carry a network cable with him. Returning to my problem: here, the next visit of the master was scheduled to check once again that their equipment and services were of no quality. It's a pity that this won't solve anything once again: while you're calling, they're simulating a lot of activity, that they're solving something, but since you didn't call, there were no calls or problems.
Summary: a huge disadvantage of the organization and the quality of the services provided. They take advantage of the fact that there is no alternative as such, and therefore they leave "clean" for not fulfilling their obligations under the contract. When connecting a 100Mb tariff, your real speed, even over the cable, will be no more than 95 during quiet times of the day, during rush hour it is good if it is 60-75Mb. I am generally silent about wireless communication, for 20 years they have been repeating the same mantra that they "guarantee" the speed according to the tariff only when connected via cable. In fact, in 2024, with a 100Mb connection, you can only count on 7Mb wirelessly. The equipment remained in the last century. The only reason why they connect to this provider is because they are actually a monopolist, which still supplies traffic to the rest of the market participants. About the attitude of those.support is not even worth talking about.
