Employees are terribly rude to customers, they don't know anything, on 123, too, if they want to start, they start to realize that either we don't know how they are or we don't do anything. And the beltelecom network is a terrible network, the support is flying that it needs to be changed three times or even more!!!!
I've been trying to call tech support all day, but in the end, nothing. The Internet speed is 10 times lower than stated in the tariff. About 10 times a day, the Internet simply disappears. After 12 o'clock, there is no Internet at all. I called the 123 hotline - "technical problems" were temporarily not serviced - it lasted about a day.
