They require equipment that was not initially issued, they pay extra for everything separately, you can't just turn it off, only for a month for free, then they will withdraw money again, even if you don't use it. It is better to choose another provider right away
A great point. There is practically no one if you come on a weekday at 8 am. So if someone is scared of queues, then you need to be early. Great staff, they work very quickly, they are ready to help.
We discussed everything over the phone and ordered an Internet connection. They told me what time to come up. He came, signed, took the documents and went home. And yes, they also gave the TV set-top box a load. It took about 5 minutes. Thank you all, everyone is happy)))

Once I came at 19.30 and took a ticket, the department is open until 20.00, at 20.00 the outgoing employee said that they would accept everyone who managed to take a number. And somewhere at 19.55, the electronic queue terminal turned off, as I understand it, so that people would not take coupons because they would not have time to serve them. However, at 20.20 they said that they would not accept anyone else, although there were only 3 of us left, and they referred to the fact that their program might not work (I wonder how it worked from 20.00 to 20.20) and they did not have an administrator, but he would have warned us that the queue was accumulating too large and that they won't have time to accept everyone. Why don't you have an administrator during business hours? Why don't you accept people even though they came during business hours and waited for almost an hour? The customer focus is off the scale.
Reconnected the package of services from address to address. Very pleasant operators, and even despite Saturday and the end of the working day, they completed their work in a respectful form of communication, without "snorting" and rudeness. Everything was explained, shown, repeated, in general, everything is very professional, clear and to the point.
