They try to justify themselves on the phone, but it doesn't do any good. I don't give a single star, as this is not a problem for a single day.
Subscribed to the channel "Yasna 100". I make the payment a month in advance according to the tariff. But after the 20th, they start sending SMS messages demanding payment, otherwise they will block the channel. During the period from January 22 to January 29, 4 threatening SMS messages were sent to the phone! What is this method of working with clients? The day before, Beltelecom announced that a shutdown is possible only after an 80-day delay. Truly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!
We were here on Saturday. We connected the Internet. Fast waiting (~5 minutes), electronic queue, the operator is polite, friendly, no questions asked. I don't understand why there is so much negativity in other reviews.

Polite attitude to clients, but they are not experts in their work. Due to problems with the Internet, we contacted Beltelecom to replace the modem. They replaced it with a new model, but in the end we got an old modem from 2016. The Internet started to work even worse. A week later, we came back to replace the modem, but this time it doesn't connect at all

When I was there, there were 4 scandals with the fact that people came to close the account, and they were asked to hand over some wires, of course people do not have them, a scream-or begins, and this is systemic. It's very strange, isn't the company already suing the user if he doesn't hand over the wire? It's ridiculous and it hurts your reputation! It looks from the outside, as if the organization is on the verge of bankruptcy, they say every wire is needed, as if they cannot be bought anywhere, as if in North Korea, where even plastic flowers need to be rented and then, after laying, they need to be carried back again.
The master who connected the Internet is the best, explained everything, told, showed, spent a lot of time, but everything was cool.
The services are stable, but sorry for the speed... in the Russian Federation, 2gb / s has a speed, but here the max is 200mb / s and then, as they say, 160 well, 170 maximum. It's funny. Probably the KGB does not have time to process data streams at high speed. Can't they increase their speed already? Of course, 100mb/s is enough for me, but sometimes I really need it faster, since I have 5 computers, and I have work on each of them.

There has been a technical failure! BELTELECOM does not recognize this! It is clear that there was no traffic during that period, but nothing can be proved. I was charged money for not using the service and for FALSE BLOCKING! PEOPLE! BE CAREFUL! Our leading telecommunications company advises you to call 123 and check the inclusion of services!
