The queues are really long, as everyone says. There are 8 people in front of me to the right employee, and in 20 minutes the queue hasn't moved a single one! Draw conclusions. If you want to experience this HELL, use Beltelecom's services.

The staff is terrible, you have to wait in line for 3-4 hours, out of 17 windows, only 5 are working, I do not recommend it.

The queues are kilometer-long, from 1 to 20 operators I work constantly 5-7, I waited 2 hours to turn off my Internet, which barely worked anyway (the tariff for 200 mbit - there was never more than 100) - I did not wait
