I was faced with the issue of handing over the device and withdrawing funds from the account.. Full... A very bad situation Ivanov opens the account.. then he leaves the carrier's company.. the device is on the car.. the following drivers use it... they replenish , if necessary, even replace the device... (which I had.. and my data was asked, etc. when replacing.. - and no one said that later I would not be able to return this device... - so I would have issued a new one for myself!!!) I used, serviced, replenished, changed when the deadline came... and when it was time to return it, I was refused!!! And it turns out that the device cannot be handed over and there is also no way to return the money! The amount from the account is refunded only when the account is completely closed..... Take action, make some changes so that at least the funds from the account can be returned..
