The organization has been conducting accounting for us since 2019. When it was time to say goodbye, it turned out that the company did not keep accounting records throughout the entire period of work, but it regularly took money. The chief accountant hangs up on the question "how so" and does not plan to communicate, the manager Elizabeth, when she received the last payment, disappeared, although she was as active as possible before, the director simply went underground and does not plan to communicate.
Like the cherry on the cake: now there is a preliminary tax audit and it turned out that the accountant just took the numbers out of his head for the declaration and lost half of the proceeds. We will go to court and write to the tax service to check their other clients, I am sure that there are a lot of interesting things there.
We have been working with them since 2018, using the simplified taxation system, and regularly paid for their services. Now, when they began to liquidate, it turned out that all these years they did not keep records at all, and they paid taxes "approximately ". They said we can restore your account if you drop the statements. And what have we been paying for for 6 years??
As an attraction to tickle the nerves of this institution, five stars, as accounting is a complete trash. When concluding contracts, it was beautifully told about their "super services", upon error in calculating taxes, loss of primary documents, ignoring when applying, in order to receive any answer, it is necessary to persistently ask for a week and get different answers to the same question. Don't even think about applying, unless of course you are a masochist.
I do not recommend it. A person works a lot, but there is no sense! We left and now we can't make ends meet. The new accountant will have to do everything first. Although everything was very nice in the beginning, but this is only superficial. 90% of the work they have to do is not done.
So I highly recommend that everyone who is serviced by them check all the documentation, or better yet, hire an audit.... And you'll grab your head, what a mess your documentation is in.
Once again, I HIGHLY recommend it!
