The speed of service leaves much to be desired, 2 people came to pick up the card in front of me (2 specialists worked), sat for 40 minutes, taking into account the fact that one person was released in 5 minutes and the specialist did not take a new client for a long time. Also, a couple of days before that, I also came 5 minutes before closing time and was refused service, allegedly they were already closed🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ I took the card in the end in 2 minutes

A neat bank office with normal staff.However, I would not call the service fast.
There is an ATM, a terminal for payment (including cash) and a terminal for depositing proceeds.

There is one employee working. The second one is talking on the phone, on personal topics. The third one reviews one piece of paper for half an hour. Terrible service👎
You sit in line for an hour, although there are 2-3 people in the queue.

They called themselves, offering the service and recorded it at 15:20, but when they arrived, the terminal for issuing coupons was not working, there was a huge queue, the only employee in a slightly rude form said "I can't help you, do what you want." The call to the bank also did not give anything (literally, "Is there anything you can do/do in this situation?" - "we only provide consulting services, but we are "sincerely" sorry").

I visited this office in the morning today (there was an urgent need to top up my account through the terminal), the working time is from ten in the morning - I arrived at thirty-five minutes past nine. Despite the open office and my request to go to a meeting and give the opportunity to use the terminal inside due to the urgent need to replenish the account (the external terminal did not work for a technical reason), I received a categorical refusal. They are right, but humanly speaking, an extremely unpleasant aftertaste remains. I had to leave and look for a terminal working near at that time.
