I very rarely leave negative reviews, but interaction with this company caused some chagrin.
1. Information about the availability of doors and payment terms was provided by the company's manager incorrectly.
For example, I was not informed, the balance of the payment must be brought to the office and it cannot be transferred to the courier from the company.
And in the showroom they sold me the information that all the doors were available) based on this information, it was decided to take the doors from this company.
2. The installer. I won't leave a name.
Constantly postponed the arrival date for installation, did not pick up the phone. I had to constantly change my plans and adjust.
And also the quality of the door assembly and defects after installation, which were not indicated by the master when handing over the work and were noticed after.
The apartment had baseboards installed first, rather than doors. The installer saw it on the measurement. During the installation, the cost of trimming was announced to me. I agreed.

The order was completed on time. The installation of the doors was carried out by a master recommended by the manufacturer, two weeks later it became necessary to replace the architraves. After six months, it is necessary to replace the box and platbands. The quality of the products is low.
