Hello!
I very rarely leave negative reviews, but interaction with this company caused some chagrin.
1. Information about the availability of doors and payment terms was provided by the company's manager incorrectly.
For example, I was not informed, the balance of the payment must be brought to the office and it cannot be transferred to the courier from the company.
And in the showroom they sold me the information that all the doors were available) based on this information, it was decided to take the doors from this company.
2. The installer. I won't leave a name.
Constantly postponed the arrival date for installation, did not pick up the phone. I had to constantly change my plans and adjust.
And also the quality of the door assembly and defects after installation, which were not indicated by the master when handing over the work and were noticed after.
The apartment had baseboards installed first, rather than doors. The installer saw it on the measurement. During the installation, the cost of trimming was announced to me. I agreed.

We turned to this store only because of the work by bank transfer, agreed on the departure of the measurer, because we did not want problems with installation and warranty. But the promised master arrived only 3 days later, then they waited for the door itself with the kit for about a week, while the departure of the master and installation is not included in the contract with this organization (why write on the website the provision of these services?). Before I received the door, the installation was agreed with the master, but at the agreed time, incomprehensible excuses began, then I did not have time, then the car broke down, and then with a broken car it was already necessary to go to Brest, his colleagues gave contact, agreed, removed the door themselves - so that it would be faster - and the master simply did not arrive, spun to the manager that we have an installation on the street (an interior door in the office, a factory building with heating and lighting of course).
When contacting the manager, they made it clear that we sold the door and accessories to you, and then figure it out for yourself, the masters do not work for them ....
Simply put, the service is disgusting, the manager communicates only in Viber, the masters are empty-mouthed - they do not want to work for money, I highly recommend not contacting this organization in order to don't get a negative experience similar to ours!!!!

We ordered interior doors and portals to the apartment at 23 Promyshlennaya Street (new office) of the BelWoodDoors company, manager Alexander worked with us, the most polite and patient person with a good sense of humor and a competent, experienced approach to his work and clients, explained everything clearly, prompted and advised how to choose accessories (hinges, pens and their colors) so is the choice of canvases. The colors were ordered both non-standard and standard from their catalog, the company went to a meeting and painted several doors and portals in a non-standard color (dark). The doors were made exactly and precisely according to the terms agreed with Alexander, while he kept us informed of all events.
The order was brought and unloaded, brought to the apartment as carefully as possible, the driver contacted us before delivery and agreed on the exact time of delivery, so that we would not sit and wait.
Next, door installer Igor and his partner took up their business, who in two days installed all the doors and portals for a rating of 5+, polite, attentive, neat with good equipment and an approach to work "as for themselves", and this is in repair and not only expensive.
The doors, the manager, the installation of doors and the work of the company are very satisfied,
