We were looking for a print shop.We stumbled upon Ricoh by chance. The first impression is very good. They spent a lot of time, although manager Elena constantly talked about their workload. The preliminary cost was calculated for us.
We agreed on a meeting, as a result, we waited for the manager for 10 minutes, then spent 3 hours on all the details of our order, which Elena wrote down. Saying that she doesn't have time to mess with our order. And they're in season now. Uploaded.Elena, with her competence, wanted us to understand all the nuances of manufacturing, explained them in professional terms. We did not understand, we asked to explain in Russian, to which we received an answer something like you do not know what you want. We promised to send our cost calculation in the evening.
As a result, he was not there and had to be reminded of it for 2 days. After reminders about the calculations, Elena called us, asking for all the details that we had been sorting out for 3 hours! After calling back a couple of hours, she explained that the technologist did not want to deal with our order and told us for 5 minutes how difficult everything was at her job.It's the season.
They refused to perform the service with the words: "I will spend a lot of time on you, and you will not understand anything anyway." I would put -10 for customer service by this manager.
