The service is at a terrible level. On May 17, I brought the mouse under warranty, as the wheel began to glitch when scrolling (you turn it steadily down, but sometimes it pulls up and vice versa), only on May 30 they returned it to me, just blowing it off and saying that everything was OK. Not ok. The glitch became weaker, but it remained, I sent it again with an application for an exchange, and I'm waiting for the results.

They themselves were invited to work on some conditions, in the process they decided to impose other duties, after refusing to accept them, they were asked to write on their own. Job descriptions exist only for show, their contents do not correspond to reality, you never know what else you "have to" do.
